1.Characteristics
UHMW-PE plate is high-tech products developed independently by our company based on foreign advanced technology. It has been classified as National Technology Innovation Project by State Economic and Trade Commission. The characteristics of UHMW-PE sheet: light weight, impact resistance, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, low friction coefficient, energy absorption, aging resistance, flame retardancy, anti-static etc.
UHMW-PE sheet is used in:
1) run coal bin of coal mine£¬ore and other material storage of cement plant£¬steel and iron plant and aluminum mill;
2) Grain, fodder, grain of pharmaceutical industry, dock hopper etc.
3) Preventing material sticking and speed flow rate up, put end to blockage and save cost of air gun.
4) Avoiding powder lot adhere to cabin, and decrease damage of bulkhead.

1. Characteristics
Ultra-high Molecular Weight Polyethylene(UHMW-PE) is thermoplastic engineering plastic. It combines with all the advantages of plastics, some properties such as anti-impact, anti-wearability, chemical corrosion resistance, self-lubrication and low temperature resistance have reached their own highest values. Its application area will become wider and wider with the development of plastic processing technology.

(4). Good chemical corrosion resistance can resist almost all mediums such as acid, alcali and salt, but except for concen trated sulphuric-acid concentrated nitric and a few organic solvents.
(5). Inodorous innoxious and unpenertrable.
(6). Good conductibility and ultra-low water absorbability.
(7). Good anti-environmental stress breakage property which is 200 times of ordinary eithlene.
(8). Good cold resistance property which isn¡¯t brittle even if at 176¡æ below zero
